Well I'm pretty sure this won't pan out, but it would appear that Neutrino have exceeded the speed of light.

Perhaps this is just similar to what happens when nuclear fuel rods are cooling in water and the particles exceed the speed of light in the water (not in a vacuum), Cerenkov Radiation . Something is effecting the environment of the neutrino or our measurement of them.
